Truths Behind Charles Michel Chef Wikipedia

Charles Michel is recognized as one of the world's most accomplished chefs, having invented the open faced grilled cheese sandwich. He is also widely regarded as a innovator who has improved the preparation of foods by adding different techniques and ingredients. There are many who rank him as an innovator and a charmer who has made several contributions to the field of cooking. Many consider him to be the greatest chef in the world today. His achievements have made him the most sought after chef in fine dining restaurants all over the world.

Though his contributions have been many, one of his most important contributions has been his creation of the so-called Swiss Burger. The creation of this iconic food was the brainchild of the French chef and nutritionist, Mr. Paul Bussin. During the mid-nineties, Mr. Bussin revolutionized the way of cooking with the Swiss technique called the “burger aliment”. With this method, the chef can control the amount of the marinade, the texture and even the aftertaste of the beef.

This unique preparation is unique because it is cooked on a grill. The result is an absolute burger which is rare, juicy and very tasty. It is cooked for a minimum of ten minutes and then served with its original sauce of three sauces – one with aetchup, one with a mustard and one with a tomato-based red sauce. On the first bite of the burger, you will detect a distinct aroma of butter and the buttery taste of the bread. A thin, crisp crust forms on the outside of the burger and is golden brown when it is done.

Though the creation of this iconic dish has long been credited to the French chef, it should be mentioned that Mr. Bussin did not invent the idea. His grandfather was the one who made the first ” Burger” in 1827 at his restaurant. The secret to the recipe's popularity has to do with the “Absolute” in the recipe which actually means “absolutely”. When it is cut into the burger, it is still a complete meal. Though this might seem unbelievable, the reality is that the “Absolute” is actually “the” word used in Swiss cooking which translates to “unlimited”.

Another interesting fact about the “Absolute” is that no matter how many times it is sliced and placed on the oven or passed around in steaks, it always leaves the same taste. Though the taste is different, it is never altered from its original state. Though most people believe that the “absurd” (in french) creation of the “absurd burgers” is the creation of the ultimate comfort food, Charles Michel has revealed that the real origin of this famous dish can be traced to his humble origins as a street vendor in Brussells, Belgium. As he peddled his sandwiches by traveling through small villages, it became increasingly necessary for him to make sure that the bread he served was always freshly made.

To achieve this, he would make sure that every sandwich he sold was freshly baked. Thus, the birth of the legend of the absolute burger was in the humble kitchen of a restaurant where the famous chef worked for quite some time. Today, you will find the “famous” Michel restaurant in London serving the best burgers in the world. This restaurant has made it their mission to bring the best food to their patrons. As such, they insist on using only the best ingredients and have a list of “customers chosen” as the chefs.

Another interesting thing that you may not know about the chef is that he started selling his version of the French classic dish at a time when it was considered a delicatessen, with the word “faire” meaning “little inexpensive.” Though he didn't invent the “fairer” image, he did use it to create a sense of “cheap” in his restaurant. Many customers were willing to pay a little more for a quality meal, so he knew that the quality of the meal would go a long way in convincing people to come back again. Today, the dish still sells well, and you can actually eat it for a relatively cheap price.

One thing that you must know about Chef Michel is that he had a difficult childhood, one that ended up making him who he is today. Though a very shy boy, he was arrested several times due to his fighting with police officers and other members of the public. The negative side of his life did not seem to deter him from building a career in the culinary industry, though. Today, you can find restaurants all over the world that serve his particular style of food. Though the spotlight may shine brightly on his achievements and his accolades, many people simply love his style of cooking, which makes for a truly entertaining read.
