Dioxazine Purple Wallpaper. Dioxazine Purple is a reddish purple that pairs well with blue to create blue-purple hues. Dioxazine Violet is a rich, pure color that, when added to water or media, transforms into a beautiful range of purples and lilacs. Dioxazine is a versatile violet or violet dye that can create any purple color imaginable. Many tubular violets are so dark that you can't tell their true color without adding white to cool them down and make them "gray". Dioxazine Purple is the perfect starting point for these impressionistic colors, whether mixed with Ultramarine Blue for a bluer purple or Magenta Quin Violet for a warmer purple, or perhaps just used in a tube for a deep dark purple. The other Ultramarine Blue and Alizarin Crimson standards, when mixed, produce a muted, hazy, purple color that is greatly enhanced by the addition of a Dioxazine Purple tint.
